Order method and validation

All orders are made on the sitehttps://www.artvin3.com,  by adults residing in mainland France.

In accordance with the law, orders for individuals are limited to 90 liters (i.e. an equivalent of 120 bottles with a capacity of 75 cl) for still wines, and to 60 liters or 80 of 75 cl for sparkling wines. In the case of a “mixed” order of wine, delivery is limited to 90 liters, the equivalent of 120 bottles with a capacity of 75 cl.

Validation of the order by the Customer entails acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. An order confirmation email will be sent to the Customer, attached to the General Terms and Conditions.

Canceling an order

In accordance with articles L121-16, L121-19 and L121-20 and article L121-20-1 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a withdrawal period of 14 clear days from the day of receipt of the order. . Within this period the Customer is not obliged to justify his cancellation of the order and will be reimbursed after return of the goods in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Return costs will be the responsibility of the Customer.

Under no circumstances can the product be returned voluntarily. To express their right of withdrawal, the Customer will first contact ArtVin3 and indicate their intentions via the contact form. In accordance with legal provisions, you will find at the following address link of the withdrawal form the standard withdrawal form to be sent to SAS ArtVin3 which will proceed with the reimbursement.

Return costs will only be reimbursed by SAS ArtVin3 if you received a product different from the one you ordered or if the product arrived damaged. ArtVin3 may refuse a return if the packaging has been opened or if the products have been damaged by the customer.

Intellectual property rights

The content of this site, including trademarks, logos, designs, data, product or company names, texts, images, etc. are protected by intellectual rights and belong to SAS ArtVin3 or to authorized third parties.

Delivery, delivery time and return

Our sales concern mainland France only.

It is possible to deliver directly to the Customer. In the event of absence, a notice of passage will be left. In the event of an error or lack of information resulting from a defect or lack of delivery, Domaine la Louvière cannot be held responsible.

​

Delivery times are 14 working days maximum upon receipt of the order. These deadlines do not take into account the order preparation time.

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you. You will then have the choice of waiting until the product is back in stock or canceling the order free of charge.

​

In the event of damage or breakage, the Customer is required to check the good condition of the items delivered. Any anomaly noted (missing item, damaged package, broken item, etc.) must be indicated within 48 hours via the “contact@artvin3.com” section.

In the event of a return for an incomplete address, the Customer will have the option of either changing their address and reshipping the goods, with new return costs at their expense, or having the order refunded after deducting the initial shipping costs.

Any return request based on “the error” must be the subject of a return request via the “contact@artvin3.com” section, within a maximum period of 14 clear days from the date of receipt of the product by the customer. The new return costs will be the responsibility of Domaine la Louvière. In order to best respond to the return procedure, we invite the Customer to send us a precise, written description, supplemented by a copy of the invoice.

Calculation of shipping costs

Shipping costs are invoiced to the Customer when placing the order, they can be modified regularly. Shipping costs are calculated by delivery method chosen (personal address or parcel relay), type of product purchased, country and city of residence.

Payment Terms

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC); Delivery fees are not included. Delivery costs will be automatically calculated when ordering. Payment for purchases is made via one of the following means, at the Customer's convenience: by credit card, by Paypal, by check* or by bank transfer**. *Shipping will be made after cashing the check. **Shipping will be made after receipt of the transfer.

If payment has not been received after 21 days, the order will be automatically canceled.

Applicable right

Applicable law and competent courts: French law applies to this site. In the event of a dispute, only the Carcassonne court has jurisdiction.
