The 1st wine-making workshop in Quillan for friends & family -
• Wine lovers, put yourself in the shoes of an oenologist and create your own 100% personalised cuvée.
• You select and blend the grape varieties, you test and impress until you get the combination that suits you.
• Our workshops are accompanied by a platter of cheeses and charcuterie from "Cochon et Fromagerie du Madres" (Escouloubre).
• Finally, to round off the workshop, you'll cork, label and wax a bottle to take home with you!

• Workshops scheduled on specific dates in 2024 are subject to a minimum number of 10 participants
• If you create your own group of 10 people we can organise a private workshop for you at a date and time to suit you (subject to availability) and you will benefit from a reduction per person of €49 instead of €55.
